Your Fanny was born in Acton, Wrexham in what appears to be near the Greyhound Inn. That pub is still there and a good one too. I live about 1 mile from there. Fanny's dad was born in Delamere Forest, Cheshire (the census says Dalmere but I think that may be a miss spelling).
The 1881 census is most confusing as it has a Mary Ann Owen, wife of William Papworth living in Ruabon Road, Wrexham with a (step)son, John Hall and a(step)daughter, Fanny Owen. I do not know what to make of this entry.
