Hi Sue,
Very definitely a connection - I have information on the family of
Benjamin & Rebecca Connah of Bretton who had a son John bc. 1870 and
d. 1 May 1892 - he was a railway shunter. Benjamin & Rebecca had a
daughter Esther.
I'll send more info later today - daughter's 15th birthday party!!

I am without all my information and documents right now but will be
getting
them shortly... I have an esther connah who married a John Chilton,
they
lived in Mold Junction Saltney...I believe she had a brothe John who
also
worked on th railway but was killed in a railway accident. I think
they came
from the Bretton area..mid to late 1800's I can get back to u with
further
info when my stuff gets to me if thats ok.
