Hello Liz,
This is the entry from the 1891 Census:
4600/10, 94, LFE, Village, WILLIAMS, John, Head, M, 37, Blacksmith, MGY
Llanfihangel

4600/10, 94, LFE, Village, WILLIAMS, Harriet, Wife, M, 31, , DEN Llanrhaiadr

4600/10, 94, LFE, Village, WILLIAMS, Susannah Laura, Dau, , 9, Scholar, DEN
Llanrhaiadr

4600/10, 94, LFE, Village, WILLIAMS, Harriet Ann, Dau, , 7, Scholar, DEN
Llanrhaiadr

4600/10, 94, LFE, Village, WILLIAMS, Jane Heth, Dau, , 5, Scholar, DEN

4600/10, 94, LFE, Village, WILLIAMS, Sarah Catherine, Dau, , 2m, , MGY
Llanfechain

LFE is the abbreviation for the Parish of Llanfechain. It should be very
simple to get a Birth Certificate for Susannah as you now know her place of
birth, it will give you her mother's maiden name.

This is the entry for 1881

John WILLIAMS M 28 M Llanfihangel, Montgomery, Wales

Occ: Smith
Harriet WILLIAMS M 21 F Llanrhaiadr, Denbigh, Wales
Rel: Wife

I looked at the 1851 Census and found this family which may be a possibility
as John's place of birth is the same as the other censuses. It includes a
father-in-law so that gives you Anne's maiden name.
Parish of Llanfihangel 9-yng-Ngwynfa)

WILLIAMS, Anne w m 45 MGY Llanfihangel Moelerfyl /f267/p1

I hope the above helps your research.
