Hi All
Have been a way a while plodding along on my Williams tree with some
success. According to Bradneys a History of Monmouthshire the Hundred of
Caldicott, my line is from the Williams family of Vaenor. He says
Cardiganshire but I have been told that this is not correct and Vaynor is
actually in Llanbadarn Fawr Radnor. I know there is an extinct peerage from
Vaynor Breconshire and if Burke's is correct it cannot be this family. Does
anyone know of the Radnor family?
I have a sketchy tree from another source as well that mentions a place
called Screen ... I can't find it on the online gazetteer but perhaps it is
a phonetic spelling?
Any help would be most appreciated.
