That's the problem with trying to research Wohleben, Wohlever/Woolever/ Woliver/Welliver/Wellever, they couldn't decide how to spell their last name...and the census taker couldn't figure out, either...so, we can usually find our ancestors surname spelled several different ways depending on the year. It seems most of the family who started in NJ and then went to middle Pennsylvania, all settled on the name WELLIVER...at least my family did.
