Hi ~

My oldest WOLFE ancestor was
Henry WOLFE born 3/8/1825 in Lycoming Co., Williamsport area, PA.
He was married to Anna Mary CAMERON, daughter of Samuel CAMERON
(previously named KEMMERER) & his wife Amelia WEBNER of Dauphin Co.
Henry & Anna Mary WOLFE had 6 children,
one of which was named Samuel (their 3rd child).
Samuel WOLFE was born in Lycoming Co. in 1869.
Samuel WOLFE married Ellen Macina FLIEHR.
They are my great-grandparents.

The WOLFE family left shortly after his birth for Stephenson Co., Illinois
to join Samuel & Amelia CAMERON & their family.
They all wound up in Jewell Co., Kansas by 1870-1871.

I would love to know who Henry's parents & siblings were.
Can't seem to find out anything about his childhood to figure out his
parents or siblings.
I think he was "hired out" to another family as a young boy is why I
can't find him in any of the census reports for 1840 (when he should be 15).
I DID find him living with a ZELLER (ZILLER) family in 1850 census at age 24.
