Hi,
I can't give you any information on Ebenezer other than the paragraph I found
in my Ancestors of L.A. Wood book by the Hardins. It reads:

"Abiel, born in 1658; died 10 October 1719 at Middleboro; married 10 December
1685 to Abiah Bowen. Abiah Bowen was born about 1663 and died 21 May 1746 at
age 83 years. They were among the founders of the First Church of
Middleboro. They had eight sons: Elnathan, Abijah,Abiel, Timothy, Jerusha,
Ebenezer, Judah and Thomas (who married Hannah Alden, a granddaughter of John
Alden, the Pilgrim."

I also looked in my list of Woods that are buried at Nemasket Cemetery in
Middleboro and there is an Ebenezer who died 5 December, 1768, aged 71 years,
3 months and 20 days. Could this be your Ebenezer?
