Her Spirit Now Rest in the Hands of Her

Tuesday , December 3, 1918, little Emma Gene, the 20 months old baby of Mr.
and Mrs. Harmon Raney died. She was a sweet, dear little tot, just reaching
the age when children are so interesting. Her spirit has wafted its way to
the home where all is one of eternal happiness and joy. The grief stricken
parents were loathe to give her up, but they are comforted in the knowledge
that she is now with Jesus who never turns from the pure and innocent.
Funeral services were conducted at Pleasant Valley by Elder M. A. Smith and
Rev. Ross.
