June 05, 1937 - May 04, 2005
BURNETT, BARBARA, 67, of Grand Prairie, TX passed away, May 4th at
Hearthstone's Vitas Hospice Care Unit in Irving, TX. after a courageous
battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents Opal Williams
and Winfred Crouch, her maternal grandparents, Benjamin F. and Oda Tyra and
grandson Kish Duncan. She is survived by her husband, Max Burnett of Grand
Prairie; brother Virgil Crouch and wife Denise of Dallas; sons Donald Duncan
of Lawton, OK, Cliff Duncan and wife Paula of Dallas; Mark Perryman and wife
Stacey of Palm Harbor, FL; daughters Denice Duncan Miles of Lancaster;
Stacey Lynn Rice and husband Bill of Duncanville; grandsons; Clayton,
Christopher, Derek, Cameron, Chez and Kib; granddaughters; Monica, Leslie,
Stephanie, Erika, Heather and Sume; seven great-granddaughters, and five
great-grandsons; Aunt and Uncle, Aileene and James Baker of Dallas; many
nieces, nephews, and cousins
Services for Barbara Burnett will be held, May 07, 2005, at 09:00 AM at the
following locations:
Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery

Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2005 at Crossroads
Baptist Church, 1520 W. Belt Line Rd, @ Bluegrove Rd. in Lancaster, TX. Ted
Elmore officiating.
