LEXINGTON, KY.* - Robert George Bott, 77, died Thursday, June 8, 2006.

Private memorial services for the family will be Thursday. Arrangements
are by W. R. Milward Mortuary-Southland.

Mr. Bott was born April 19, 1929, in Denver to George and Amelia Claus Bott.

Bob attended the University of Denver, and served in the U.S. Army from
1950 to 1952. He had a 40-year career as a service manager with NCR
Corp. in Denver and Amarillo, Texas, and became a resident of Lexington
earlier this year.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Ronald.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Mary Lu Park Bott; a daughter,
Deborah Bott Slaton and son-in-law Tom Slaton of Lexington; two sons,
Roger Dale Bott and daughter-in-law Mary Hearne Bott of Round Rock,
Texas, and Bruce Robert Bott and daughter-in-law Marta Hanna Bott of
Houston; four grandchildren, Robert Bruce and Ryan Parker Bott of
Houston, and Carolyn Ann and Bryan James Bott of Round Rock; and
sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Ralph Braden, Marvel and
Scott Singleton and Deloras Bott.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to the American
Heart Association, 210 Malabu Drive, Lexington, KY 40502.
