MARYSVILLE - Mary E. Moran went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Dec. 10.
1999. She was born Jan. 28, 1925, in St. Clair and has been a Marvsville
resident for 54 years. She married A. Moran on June 14, 1()42, in Port
Huron. Mary enjoyed her family and her many friends in their winter home in
Hudson, Fla. No other mother or grandmother loved her children more. She
enjoyed crocheting and bingo. She was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ
through her beloved Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,
Marysville Branch. She is greatly loved and survived by her husband of 56
years, Ferris; a daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Norm (Barbara) Koehler of
Marysville; two sons, Mr. and Mrs. Danny (botina) Moran of Gig Harbor, Wash.
and Mr. and Mrs. David (Linda) Moran of Marysville; seven grandchildren,
Karen (Rick) Bonney, Dawn (Dave) Schuen, MaryJo (Jeff) Ostrander, Tom Moran,
Jodie (Jamie) Wisner, Deanna (Larry) Alar and Jennifer Moran; six
great-grandchildren; a brother, Mr. and Mrs. Claude (Dolly) Harrington of
Port Huron; two sisters, Mr. and Mrs, Lou (Clare) Artman of Port Huron and
Bonnie Batey of London, Ontario; a brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dean (Betty)
Moran of Goodells; two sisters in law, Eurena Klause of Wadhams and Bernice
VanDusen of Marine City; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was
preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Abby Harrington, and brother,
Mert Harrington. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Monday in Marysville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999 in Marysville Funeral Home. Elder Gary L. Wesch, of
the Marysville RLDS Church, and Elder Mark Batey will officiate. Burial will
be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fort Gratiot. Pallbearers will be
her grandchildren, Tom Moran, Rick Bonney, Dave Schuen, Jeff Ostrander and
Jamie Wisner, and her nephew, Michael Artman. Honorary pallbearers will be
her sons, Danny and David Moran, and son-in-law Norm Koehler. Memorials may
be made to the Marysville RLDS Church or Blue Water Hospice.
