KAYLA KRISTEEN NICHOLS COOKE, 5-month-old daughter of James Cooke and Linda
Nichols of 108 South Reed Street, was dead on arrival Saturday at Alliancer
City Hospital, an apparent victim of crib death. Dr. James Prichard, Stark
County, is to rule on the cause of death.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by grandparents, Irene Nichols
of here : James Nichols of Pennsylvania : Wayne and Barbara Cooke of Canton
; great-grandparents, Mrs. Agnes Gween of here : Ruth Cook and Roy and Ruth
Erb of Canton.

Deckman Funeral Home, with Rev. Darin Flood officiating.

Burial at Bethlehem Cemetery.
