Mary Norine Blaker, age 89, of Medina, Michigan passed away Saturday, June
30, 2006, at Toledo Hospital. She was born on November 2, 1916, in Medina,
Michigan to Josiah and Mamie Etta (Warvel) McVay. She married Ralph Harrison
Blaker on April 11, 1936, in LaGrange, Indiana and he preceded her in death
on April 19, 1969.

Mary was a member of Medina Federated Church. She enjoyed sewing, quilting
and dearly loved her children and grandchildren.

Surviving Mary are three daughters, Sandy (Ivan) Davis of Morenci, Michigan,
Joyce Longo and Tamara Cooke both of Nokomis, Florida; three sons, Ralph W.
Blaker of Medina; Michigan, Michael (Sharon) Blaker of Medina, and Tim
(Laura) Blaker of Morenci; one daughter-in-law, Joanie Blaker of Morenci; 27
grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, seven
step grandchildren, 15 step great grandchildren and two step great great
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Nancy
McCarty, two sons, Doyle and Marvin Blaker, four sisters, Florence McVay,
Gertrude Sprague, Mildred Ely and Josephine Deline, three brothers, William,
Reed and Floyd McVay.

Funeral services for Mary Blaker will be Thursday, July 6, 2006, at 11:00
a.m. at Medina Federated Church. Interment will follow at Medina Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at Eagle Funeral Home-Charles
Fink Chapel in Morenci.

Those planning an expression of sympathy may make memorial contributions to
Alzheimer's Association.
