John McCrae died 7/5/1885 at Holehouse Mill, Sorn, Ayrshire. The cause of
John's death was Apoplexy, he was 73 years old

John was the son of Andrew McCrae and Agnes Wilson of Old Cumnock.

John married Jane Cunningham on 4/6/1844 at Sorn, Ayrshire and they had one
son.

John was a farmer at Holehouse..
