Chacona Grace McIntosh, our precious baby girl who arrived in this world too
early, went to be with Jesus on the day of her birth, February 22, 2008.

Chacona is survived by her mother, Alicia Cox, father John McIntosh Jr. and
big brother Daylon McIntosh of Scurry,Texas; grandparents Randy and Cathy
Eckert (Gamma and Poppy) also of Scurry, John and Linda McIntosh of
Greenville and grandfather Larry Joe Cox of Houston; great grandparents
Butch and Marie Emmons of Kleberg; great grandmothers Grace Cox of
Seagoville and Maxine Davidson of Point; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and
extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at
Roselawn Funeral Home in Seagoville,Texas
