WANDA MARIE MCKINNEY
1943-2009

Wanda Marie MCKINNEY, age 65, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away Sunday,
February 8, 2009. Wanda was born in Citronelle, Alabama on February 10, 1943
to James and Martha Henderson. She moved to Pensacola in 1963 with her
family. Wanda was formerly employed by the Navy Exchange, and was a member
of the Unity Church of Christianity. She loved her plants and enjoyed
sewing.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Charles MCKINNEY.
She is survived by her son Chuck MCKINNEY and his wife Darleen of
Cantonment, FL; daughter Laura Lowe and her husband Mark of Molino, FL. She
is also survived by three granddaughters Amanda, Jennifer and Lauren Lowe;
and seven brothers and sisters.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors and staff of
Covenant Hospice, Asbury Place, and the Senior Health Services.
Mrs. McKinney and her family have requested services to be private and held
at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Family Services,
1901 North Palafox Street, Pensacola, FL, 32501.
