My Wright line is as follows:
Arthur Wright date and place of birth unknown. He was married to a Marreck or
Mai ? and living in Wilkes Co. Ga by 1784. He appears to have died by 1805.
His children were: John Wright, Stephen Wright, Arthur Wright and Elizabeth
Wright. My line descends from John Wright m. to Drucilla Griffin dau. of Owen
Griffin and Ann (Stovall) Griffin. John's sister, Elizabeth married Jesse
Heard in Wilkes Co., GA.
I have the majority of this family from Arthur to present. This includes a lot
of the collateral lines involved. I am at a dead stop with Arthur. Would like
to know who his parents were, any brothers and sisters and where he was born. I
have a great deal of info. on many Wright lines and I am in contact with many
other Wright researchers. I will be glad to share any info. I have.
