I neglected to mention that the McKay/McCoy family were also Quakers so it is
possible there is a connection. Some of the Bush River records are
missing/lost and I feel quite sure I am missing some of the ch of the various
Wright couples from Bush River.
Carney sounds to me like it might have been someone's surname given to this
Wright as his first name, a practice also common among Quakers.
