Hi, Everyone!

I went to the local library today. I talked to the President of the local
DAR Chapter (she happened to be in the library doing some "digging"). She
said that the book TEXAS SOCIETY OF THE DAUGHTER OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION
ROSTER - REVOLUTIONARY ANCESTORS is a compilation of information from all
the Texas Chapters of the DAR. They have no headquarters and no office.
Like our local Chapter, the address and the office are the home of the
current President of the Chapter, which changes every time they change
Presidents. She said that the numbers in the books after the members names
are the members DAR registration numbers and you should be able to get
information on them and how to contact them from the National Society. The
