My father, Frederick Oliver Wright, born in Marion IN in 1918, died April 5,
1999, in Corpus Christi TX. It was because he didn't know his grandfather's
name that I got involved in genealogical research 16 years ago. I found his
father as a one year old baby on the 1880 census for Mason Co KY, so I had
the grandfather right away. I thought this was really going to be easy!!! I
eventually found the grandfather's father, and in all these years have never
gotten any farther than that...
So, in Daddy's memory, I'll try again for
Thomas B. Wright, who married Martha Wilson in Mason Co KY in 1823. He died
in 1834. If the 1880 census is to be believed, he was born in MD, but that
was 50 years after he died so I don't know whether to believe it or not.

Does anyone recognize this man?
