Hello,
I looking for anyone with any information on Sarah Aletha Eleanor WRIGHT. She was born around 1868 in Texas to Christopher Columbus WRIGHT and Sarah Jane GANN.
She married A.L. BROWN. b.7-17-1865 d 8-4-1904 I think Sarah Aletha died around 1911.
I have located A.L. Brown, C.C. Wright, and Sarah Jane Gann Wright's graves in Narroway Cemetery in Angelina Co, Tx. On a map at the cemetery, it lists a Nellie Brown next to A.L. Brown, also C.C. and Sarah Jane (Gann) Wright's graves are in the row directly behind A.L. and Nellie Brown. Can this Nellie be the Sarah Aletha Eleanor WRIGHT? I believe it is, but I would like to hear it from someone else to be sure.
I would like to find someone who may have a marriage record of A.L.(or possibly Lucious) BROWN and Sarah Aletha Eleanor WRIGHT. They would have been married between 1883 and 1887. Also anyone with a 1900 Angelina Co, Tx census record for them would be wonderful.
I have been unsuccessful in every attempt to locate any information on A.L. Brown, other than his grave, and there his tombstone only says A.L. Brown. I need to find out what A.L. stands for.
My gggrandfather was said to be Lucious Brown m. to Nellie Wright and buried in Narroway Cemetery in Angelina Co, Tx. After visiting the cemetery and finding these graves together with A.L. Brown's d.o.b and d.o.d matching my Lucious Brown, also only a few graves down from A.L. is a Gordon W. Brown, and he was the son of my gggrandparents Lucious and Nellie Brown.
Is A.L. BROWN the Lucious Brown my ggrandfather (James Dewey Brown) talked about and is Sarah Aletha Eleanor Wright the Nellie Brown listed in an unmarked grave next to A.L. Brown?
If anyone can help me or have Questions about this confusing letter please let me know.

From, Jill Parker
