Completed the given names J-K for 1880 TX Wrights. Can forward it if
requested. Sent it to the Wright-list administrator's private email like the
previous files, then she can post it on the Wright query site.
Some of the copies are next to impossible to read, besides my typos--too
many counties resemble each other with the Soundex recorders' handwriting.
The correct resource is the 1880 TX census index that is available at many
genealogy libraries or from the ancestry.com or familytreemaker.com
subscription services.
The given names completed so far include the unknown/unnamed Wrights to K
and the last part of the alphabet T-Z. Working on the L-S that should
complete the given names.

If you think all your Wrights were strictly from the East or NE or Midwest
and did not come to TX, check the birth states for these names--most states
are included. Some families have children born in 5 or more states with
their moving around the country.
