I am looking for a Wright family maybe in the Ohio ares, who may have had a full blooded Cherokee come to there home. Maybe around 1800 hundreds.He had a black man named Washington with him. I know him as Samuel Maskin Wright. He may have had Maskin in his Indian name, may have taken the last name of this family which is Wright.He came to Iowa and MO. He had a large family of 8 boys and 1 girl.I know one sons name was James Calvin Wright he had two familys, first son John Charles Wright and Dean Wright. Family no. 2 4 boys 4 girls. youngst son name James Edward Wright. My Grandfather was John Charles Wright, Great grandfather James Calvin Wright, and Great Great Grandfather Maskin Wright.
