I can't seem to get earlier than 1828, the date of their marriage. John
may have just arrived in West Virginia from a neighboring state or even
Germany. Her family lists her father, Henry as the bondsman for the
wedding. They moved shortly after (unsure of time passage) to Northern
Indiana. At least they stayed there finally, for a while. One son was
named after her father, and called Henry. This is my line through 2nd
Henry.
The marriage information comes from Martinsburg-Berkeley County Reference
Librarian who was very helpful. Keith Hammersla is his name.
