Ann,

I went through my notes and it looks like I had gotten information from a 92
year old aunt of my father's before her death. She was extremely sharp,
well educated and just one of the most lovely people you would ever want to
meet. Adeline would have been her husband's grandmother. The note reads -

"It is believed that Adeline's father was William O. Bowers, according to
the family and I guess they got this from personal knowledge. As far as I
know, no one has done formal research on the family."
