My husband's great-great-great grandfather was John Francis Dill.  He was
born in Frederick City, MD and he was married to a Margaret Higgins, she was
born in WV. John Francis Dill was at one time the mayor of Berkeley Springs,
WV.  

Would this be one of the web sites to look for information on the Dill and
Higgins families?  

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, so my research is limited, but this summer my
husband & I are hoping to make a trip down to Berkely Springs.  Any help you
can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank You. Amy L. Woelke
