Chancery On motion of James Wallace, the Council for the complainant to
apoint a
guardian for Charles Bealor and others, the infant heirs of George
Bealor dec. and it appearing tothis Court that Charles Bealor, Thomas
Bealor, George Bealor, Joseph Bealor Fanny Bealor,Margaret Bealor, Lucretia
Bealor and Mary Bealor are infants under the age of twenty one years,
thereupon it is ordered that Philip Doddridge Esqr be apointed guardian to
