My Capt-Lt-Methodist 'local" Rev-JP George Brown,d 1814 s Clermont Co,Oh
was a 1st cousin of Nicholas Brown. George and Mary Stevenson Brown,of
Westminster,
Md from 1743,was their grandparents, and many of their kinsmen made a
Brooke Co WV-
Madison Co,Ky colony from 1773. Richard Wells,Sr,John Baxter,and John
Sappington Sr
were uncles,being married to Brown girls. Nicholas,of Edward Brown,and my
Capt-Lt-Rev
George Brown d 1814,of John,of George, were a generation
older than a 1st cousin,Rev George Brown,of Hugh, who was raised at
Stubenville.
