Surname: Ernest, Umbel, Rizor

I am looking for information on Emma Alice Rizor, born in Brook County
in 1897. She married Lewis Chaney in 1917 in Ohio. They are both buried
in Paris Cemetery. Her mother's maiden name, according to her marriage
certificate, was Ernest. Her parents are listed on their marriage certificate
as Emma Umbel and George Rizor and residing in Brook County. On Emma Alice
Rizor's obituary, it lists two brothers, Albert Umbel and William Rizor,
and three sisters, Mrs. Daniel Smith of Franklin, W.Va., Mrs. John Snyder
of Bowling Green and Mrs Robert Steele of Hookstown, W.Va.. I would appreciate
ANY help on these people. Thank-you.
