CHET LEE COEN Wellsburg

COEN, CHET LEE, 42, of Chestnut Heights, Wellsburg, WV died March 11, 2001, in Brooke County, Wellsburg, WV. He was born August 10, 1958, in Steubenville, OH, the son of Earnest Lee Coen and Sadie Pierce Coen of Wellsburg, WV. He was a Protestant and retired from the Army Reserves with 21 years of service, Germany, Hondorus, Egypt, and a member of Wellsburg Moose and American Legion Post 34. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin E. Coen, in 1982; a sister, Rita Coen Fray, in 1979.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two sons, Chet L. Coen, Jr. and Michael Coen, both of Wellsburg, a daughter, Renee Coen of Wellsburg; a sister, Christine Know-Mallory of Grovetown, GA; two brothers, Ernest L. Coen Jr. of Dlifton, TX, and Lester W. Coen and his wife, Melissa of Follansbee, WV; a grandson, Nicholas; his maternal grandmother, Lillie Pierce Black of Follansbee, WV; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and his wife, Kimberly Crabtree Coen. Arrangements made by Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV. Interment in Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Beech Bottom, WV. Full military graveside services will be provided by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad.
