One more suggestion to help us read large volumes of mail
I get several 100 messages per day, and I have a lot of families, so I
look quickley for SURNAMES in all caps, but if the ENTIRE NAME is in all
caps it is too hard to sort out so sometimes [often] I just hit the delete
key and go on
