sure what the numbers refer to.

None of the other 4 names you asked about in your last message are
listed in the index od Esther.
Nothing in either book index about Wire Bridge, possible another name.
Trying to trace a copy of Esther if you are still interested.
Although good chance our copy came from Closson Press.
