Sherman's Valley is in mid s Pa. . Without a map, Franklin-Cumberland
Co,Pa
or just nw. Had an Enoch Abraham,or Abrams there, who once lived near
the se Berks Co,Pa Bird's.
I read a note on the Burd's,Pownall's,and Ringo's, in Solebury,Bucks,and
Ringo just across the Delaware on the NJ bank. Albertis Ringo lived
with Jeremiah Hampton in ne Va. Fairfax Co,Va,or adjoining.
Pownall's were once Quaker [?] I have no idea if Bird, and Burd are one
family.
50 miles between them in Pa . I had some anscs die in Solesbury,Bucks.
Iden,or Foulke,I guess. Wife had Ashton and Hutchison just downriver from
Solesbury. Upper-Lower Makefield,and Falls Quakers.
Did Hampshire Co have Quakers, aside on eastern side?Meeting?
