I know I'll feel stupid when I see the answer, James, but what
is a fuller mill?

In response to Mindy request. My 2-g greatfather was Alexander Seawright
of Castleman Run. He was not there very long and built another fuller
mill at Ohio. Business may have been slow at Castleman Run. Alexander
married Catherine Jones. Catherine's father, Elias Jones was from
Bethany,Brookes Co. , WV. I wish to stop here and talk about a
remarkable gentleman by the name of Alexander Campbell. He was the
founder of the Bethany College ( 1840) at Bethany, WV. You can find more
about him on the internet. He was wealthly and very generous person. He
valued education very highly. I have reason to believe he met my 2-g
grandfather. My 2-g grandfather occupation were dirty, filtly, hazardous
and deafingly job as a fuller miller. But he was a very educated man. He
was a Lieutentant in PA before he met Catherine. So much for my story
telling. I would like to hear about fuller milling from others. Jim

research. I'll check my files and get back to you later. What was your
great-great grandfather's name?
