Wilma O. Hall, 72, of Ripley, WV, departed this life March 24, 2004 in CAMC Memorial Division following a brief illness.

She was born January 29, 1932 in Romance, a daughter of the late Elzie S. and Hannah (Bonar) Shamblin.

She was a homemaker and a protestant.

Survivors include her husband, George Hall, Jr.; sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur Curtis and Margaret "Peggy" Hall of Ravenswood, Roger Hall of Tampa, FL, George, II and Laurie Hall of Florence, KY, Steve Hall of Pikeville, KY, and Jimmy Sharp of Cincinnati, OH; daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry Lynn and Joe Ellison of Cincinnati, Karen and B.J. McCoy of Ruskin, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Ofa and Opal Shamblin of Leroy; sister and brother-in-law, Millie and Ossie Underwood of Evans; 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Stanton Earl Sharp; brothers, Shirley, Fred, Oshel, and Delbert; sisters, Sadie Shamblin and Nona O'Conner.

Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2004 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating. Burial will follow in the Shamblin Cemetery, Romance. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
