ERNEST CLAYTON BURNS, Born, August 31 1912; died June 22, 1977; age 64
years, 9 months, 22 days. Funeral services 11:00 o'clock a. m. Saturday,
June 25, 1977 at the Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV, with Church of Christ
Ministers Darrell Moore and Clifton Inman officiating. Burial will be in
Johnson Cemetery near Myra, WV. Son of the late Harry Burns and the late
Mary E. Moore Burns. Survivors: Widow; Olive Sowards Burns; 1 son; Ernest
"Buster" Jr.; 3 daughters; Wanda Lawson, Linda Curry, Patty McCoy; 2 brothers;
Harold and Harry Jr; 2 sisters; mary Ester Morris and Virginia Bass; 2
foster-sons; Russell Blackwell & Clyde Ray; and nine grandchildren. Koontz
Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
