Carla,
I have used, and am still using, both FTM and Family Origins. I much
prefer Family Origins for most purposes. One distinct advantage for me is
that I can import the pedigree sheets, etc., into my wordprocessor and edit
them. If you can do that with FTM I haven't found out how. It seems that
the way they print their reports is non-negotiable, for the most part. I
also like the pedigree sheet type display better than the one on FTM.
Personal preference, for sure, but you asked.
