I am searching for any information about my great-grandfather's (Noah Edward
Meadows) family. Noah died when my grandmother was 5 years old and the only
information that I have is from the following obituary. Any more information
that could be given would be greatly appreciated.

Noah Edward Meadows,25, 300 Madison Street, passed away at 10:15 Saturday
night at St. Luke's hospital, a victim of pneumonia.

Mr. Meadows came to Bluefield as a small lad. He was born 10-14-1913, at
Horsepen CoveVa., Tazwell county, a son of the late Rev. and Mrs. J.S.
Meadows.

He is survived by wife, who before her marriage was Miss. Mildred Hager, of
Bluefield, and one daughter, Peggy Ann, age 5:and the following sisters and
brothers: Mrs. S.A. Nunnaly, Leckie, WV, Mrs. G.W. Carrol, Mrs. G.J. Patton,
Mrs. A. Vengen, Alton, Clyde, Glenn and James Meadows, all of Bluefield.

My grandmother said that James (Jimmy) was a police officer and I think that
she said that Glenn was an artist.
