Hi All,
I stand corrected about Rev Franklin Bishop who attended the genealogy meeting.
Rev. Franklin Bishop is from Mt. Airy, MD.
He has had experience with Garrett Co. society for he worked genealogy with several families there over the years.
My thanks to Betty for the correction, and my apologies to Rev Bishop :)
