There's a 40-year-old "D" (divorced) woman named Seva Doll living in
Fairmont (Marion County) WV in the 1930 census.

Marion County, WV 1930
Fairmont
ED:13, Sheet 20A
Cliff Avenue Terrace Apartments #25
rent is $35
Seva DOLL, age 40, Divorced
birthplaces: WV-WV-WV
Occup: Saleslady, Ready-to-wear
There's a 38-year-old Edgar W. Dolly living in Pendleton County with
occupation "Clerk" of Court
Pendleton County, WV 1930
Franklin District, North Back Street
ED:3, Sheets 2A-2B
Edgar W. DOLLY, (head) 38, M-29, WV-WV-WV, Clerk/Courts
Mabel V (wife) 35, M-26, WV-WV-WV
Franklin J (son) 5
Ella J (dau) 4

I don't live in Taylor County so going to the courthouse to research is not
something I'm able to do. I wish I had more transcribed records for
cemeteries available, but maybe I'll get to do some in the future.
