You look most a I1d-N (includes uN1) but also a I1d-T13 and I1d2. In
fact, you are pretty close (55/63) to Kit 133571 who is tested L205+ so
I would start with that one.

Your 12 at 640 is unusual but I don't think you share it with any
obvious grouping.
