Hi,
is there anyone out there who could help with my research.I am trying to get info on a John Briggs (b.1890/91 He lived in beeston Leeds. then Middleton Leeds where he died in 1960.He was a gaurd at British Railways until his retirement.I am especially interested in his parents and his first wife a Mrs Emily Thwaites who died when my own father also John Briggs was 2yo.I am also researching the Winder family (Newton Winder links) of Yorkshire & Lancashire.
