Subject: SHEPHERD - 1881 lookup?!
Date: Tue, 25 Sep 2001 06:59:55 -0800

Hello all!
Hope everyone has been well out there!

I've just received a marriage cert for John Dudding WREGLESWORTH and
Eliza SHEPHERD from 14 Jul 1897.
So, I now have Eliza and her father's name and was hoping someone would
try looking them up for me off of the 1881 census...

Matthew SHEPHERD, would be the head, his occupation listed as Labourer
on the marriage cert.
Eliza SHEPHERD, should be one of his children, and approx. aged 11 years
old.

As far as locations go...
in 1897 she was married in the Parish Church, Parish of Kirby on the
Moor.
Her residence at the time of marriage was listed as Langthorpe,
and they were married by the "Curate of Boroughbridge".

Thanks in Advance!
All the Best,
