This is the only e.mail from you that I took offence at and the only time I have noticed your name .
At the time I decided it was best ignored.
When another lister responded I decided also to respond.
This was partly because lately there seem to be a lot of new names online very briefly and then off having got or not got what they wanted. they leave.
This is fine --we all have odd strays that we may look to another list for help with . But to be so rude when you don't get what you wanted I found offensive.
I certainly didn't see any apology and also assumed you had unsubscribed as you said .
There are so many wonderful people on this list, generously spending their free time in libraries and at home etc finding information for people and although I have no idea what you have asked for, many times people could go to LDS centres and libraries for themselves. Though I am mindful that many people live in remote areas and are possibly disabled. Some people are of course just starting out and don't realise what is available.

I wasn't suggesting you had --but was trying to make a more general point .

In an obviously inept way I was trying to defend the good nature and camaraderie I feel exists on this list. I also feel -that for me at least the list offers more than just a look-up service.

I am sorry that your personal circumstances are difficult at the moment and hope that things are resolving. I am also sorry you find me small minded .
