I have the 1841 Census CD's purchased from:
http://www.stepping-stones.co.uk
So far they have been good for me as I have found many families of interest.
Some pages are difficult to read and some unreadable but I have found this
on films as well. The only problem I have is trying to figure out a way to
copy and paste to another program. It uses Adobe Reader 4.0 which is only a
reader......and you need Adobe 5.5 to do more than read apparently, and
that's quite expensive. There must be a way around that but I don't know
how.

Bottom line.........I think it's worth it.

Hi folks

Tell me more about this 1841 census CD and where I can purchase a copy?

Cheers

Chrissy

> Does anyone have the 1841 Census CD for West Riding and if so I would be
grateful if theycould look for any TATTERSALLS living in Norland. Also do
they consider the CD value for money. Janet Hughes, Surrey.
