: THERE is a way! Try this, Marge.....
:
: When you have an image on screen in Adobe Acrobat Reader, take a
: screen dump of it. You do this by pressing ALT/PRINTSCRN. Then open
: up Photoshop, Paint or whatever your graphics program is, create a
: new file, go to Edit on the menu bar (of the graphics program) and
: click on PASTE.
:
: You should find the screen image of the PDF file is pasted into the
: graphics program. You can then manipulate it in the normal way, i.e.
: crop out the bits of the screen you don't want, darken, lighten,
: enlarge, enhance, etc - and save it as a graphics file in whatever
: format you like.
:
: I only have Acrobat Reader 4.0, like you, and I just tried it with
: Photoshop and Paint and it works with both!
