annuity and legacies. Should he die without issue then the same to my heir in
law with the additional charge of an annuity of £5 to Elizabeth Hutton, the
wife of William.

Felliscliffe, chargeable with an annuity of £30 to my wife Ann Knapton. If my
sons and wife do not agree to live together then she shall have some named
furniture and a further annuity of £5.
To my daughter Hannah Knapton £300 to be paid : £100 after my death and £200
after the death of my wife.
The residue of my personal estate to my sons.
