Hello

Is anyone else having problems with the 'Download Records Option' on the IGI?

I have had one successful attempt out of about 20 since last Friday. I get the
'page not available' message (at varying times of the day, so I don't think I
have been hitting a 'computer down for maintenance' period).

I never used to seem so problematic.
