From the King James version of the bible:
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God finished his work which he had done,
and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had done
Surely the context of any verse in the bible is open to multiple interpretations ?
So if, as stated here, god "rested" a whole day, what's the issue ?
