Hi all,
I am trying without sucess to find info on my gfather, Richard
Dunford and his parents and any other Dunfords on the same tree. Any
info on his mother (Sarah Little) would also be nice.

According to his Cdn Army docs from 1915 he was born in
Shitlington,Yorkshire, 10 dec 1871 or 1874. His parents were George
Dunford and Sarah Little according to his marriage certificate here in
Nova Scotia in 1897.
He was serving here in the Royal Artillery, married and remained here
with the Cdn militia when the British forces were relieved by the
formation of the Cdn army etc. I have lots of family for him here in
Canada but nothing about his Yorkshire roots except that he did have a
sister, name unknown. Any info available would be most appreciated and
if there are relatives on his tree who are searching I'm more than
willing to pass on my data.
